As per the direction to Saudi Aramco by the Saudi Arabian Government to provide high security measures for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), it is proposed under this BI to construct a second security fence around KAUST. The proposed security fence will provide additional security zone alongside the current KAUST premises with total length of approximately fifteen (15) Kilometers of 4-meter high concrete fence, concrete ditch and Intrusion Detection Assessment System (IDAS). The proposed development will include buildings, road provision and improvements and non-electrical utilities.
