The candidates should be a B.Sc. in Engineering from a reputed University with minimum 5 years of experience in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect, undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work; preparing and analyzing costings for tenders; allocating work to subcontractors; valuing completed work and arranging payments; maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;

Experience : 5-8 years experience in construction engineering field. The candidate should have experience in the following ; Providing monthly Cost Analysis and other periodic cost and invoicing data ; Reviewing commercial performance against Budgets and forecast targets ; Providing status against current Commitments and Budget ; Assisting the compilation of data for the Monthly Cost Report ; Supports in developing estimates and contracts cost control ; Ensure all contractors invoices are verified before submission for payment and are fully in compliance with administrative contractual

Experience : 5-8 experience in ready mix concrete laboratory. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that all the tests are carried out in accordance with relevant standards . Ensure that all tests are processed through the laboratory in expedient , quality conscious manner by preparing of daily testing program Checking of the test data inserted in the worksheets before their submission to the concerned engineer for reporting . Responsible to inform & check the H.O.D for any repair or calibration when required . Responsible for storing of samples before and after testing for the specified duration .

Experience: Position requires (2-3) years experience in construction or associated engineering field
