Precast Factory(ARAMCO Approved)

Precast concrete products are cast in molds in a factory setting. Those products benefit from superior quality control which is achieved at the production plant. Cost savings are realized when shapes are mass produced.

FCC’s experienced team in the precast production goes back to the early 70’s, where it has executed many prestigious projects within the Gulf region.In 2011 FCC established a pre-cast factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that produces, sells, and services products in precast reinforced concrete walls and floors, hollow cores, bridge girders,columns,structural components etc… In addition to panels for cladding, domes, fences,concrete bricks, and paving stones .

Aluminum Factory - (ARAMCO Approved)

FCC owns an important fabrication division which constitutes the following lines of support, which adds a huge value to our productivity in our projects. In addition to that, FCC has established a well-organized Logistic department to be able to provide the best quality of service.

Main Accommodation Facility:

Since our employees are our main concern, we take a huge interest in providing them with the best service of accommodation. Our two main accommodation facilities located in Jeddah & Riyadh, are fully serviced with supermarkets, restaurants, mosque, kitchens, recreation areas, etc… Our Riyadh camp accommodates almost 1,200 employees while Jeddah 500 employees.

Joiner Workshop:

Our in house Joinery manufacturing workshop with its full time machine operators and bench hands work in support of the fit out projects. Together they manufacturing bespoke items such as doors, windows, reception desks, kitchen cabinet to complete the desired appearance and high quality finish. It also manufactures a variety of international standard formwork accessories.

Metal / Steel Fabric Workshop:

The Metal / Steel fabrication workshop isdesigned to provideeach and every product withthe highest manufacturing quality standards to performance. To name a few, manufacturing of steel structures, shuttering components, table forms, in addition to all related component parts to support our construction / manufacturing division.

We deal in high quality Shuttering Systems in the market. The various shuttering systems offered by us are extensively used at Heavy Construction Industries. The systems that are implemented play an important factor in safety, reliability, flexibility, and time saving in our projects.
