FCC scope of work in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) consists of two towers, 4-02 &4-04, Tower 4-04 is consists approximately of a total built up area of 55,000 sqm. It has 24 stories and 5 basement levels with an advance engineering design. As for 4-02 it is made of two joined buildings, residential and commercial, 7 & 6 stories respectively, it consists approximately of a total built up are of 38,000 sqm.
