FCC Precast division is operated by FATAYERJI CONTRACTING COMPANY, having around 35 years of experience in construction in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Region. FCC Precast is located at Khash Al Ann in Riyadh which is approximately 25 Km away from Riyadh City Centre.

Our Facilities and Capacities
Production
FCC Precast has the capacity to produce yearly 200’000 sqm of hollowcore slabs, 400’000 sqm of Wall Precast Units and about 30’000 cu.m of miscellaneous precast concrete elements (Manholes, Stairs, Culvers and Curbs…). We produce precast units with materials, in colors and finishes that are required by the Clients. Our products are checked by qualified QA/QC team at every stage right from the design up to the delivery and completion.
Design and Installation FCC Precast has the design department capable of designing normal to complicated works and producing all the required design calculations and the details.
FCC Precast has highly experienced well trained and skilled team for the complete installation works.
